Grounded in Community. Guided by Courage. Focused on Change.

At its heart, my work is about shifting perspective and affecting hearts and minds. I believe meaningful change requires more than intention — it requires courage, accountability, and a willingness to re-examine the systems we’ve inherited.

My early career began in public relations, where I drove media campaigns for some of Canada’s largest consumer brands, entertainers, and organizations. Working at the intersection of media, storytelling, and public perception offered invaluable insight into how narratives are shaped — and whose stories are prioritized.

Over time, the gaps became impossible to ignore. Media representation and coverage for Indigenous, Black, racialized, and religious minority communities were often limited, distorted, or absent altogether. That reality ignited both my curiosity and my responsibility to engage more deeply in equity work.

This shift became the foundation for the evolution of my career.

Now, from driving anti-racism engagement programs within the Federal Government, to leading the inclusion practice at Canada’s largest sports organization, my career has spanned public, private, and community-based spaces.

Having engaged deeply across these communities and systems, I bring a nuanced, grounded perspective that balances vision with execution.

Fairness and inclusion, when done well, are not about optics. They are about redesigning power, reshaping culture, and redefining what leadership looks like.

I look forward to continuing to create and contribute to safe safes where we can innovate, re-imagine and rebuild systems that can truly work for — and care for — those who have been historically pushed to the margins.
